Our current postage methods & charges are:

 £3.95 on all orders under £25

Orders over £25 are Free of Postal Charge

Shipping will be on Thursdays (only) on all orders received before 5pm on the preceding work day

2nd Class post is our normal shipping

 

For delivery outside the UK, please contact us via email: theindianartisancollective@gmail.com  prior to placing an order. Please note that The Indian Artisan Collective do not accept responsibility for additional duties and taxes that are incurred when shipping outside of the United Kingdom.

Online Purchase Returns

While we hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, we appreciate that there may be occasions when you wish to return items. Please contact us via email theindianartisancollective@gmail.com to discuss this, where we will assist you.

 

Items must be returned within 21 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. You will be issued with a credit note for any items returned after this time. Please ensure all items are packaged sufficiently to withstand delivery. Failure to do so may result in The Indian Artisan Collective being unable to refund you or to offer a credit. We recommend that you use insured registered delivery and retain the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

If an item has been received damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and the packaging for a refund or replacement.  Please note, that as all of our items are handmade, there may be slight differences to the photos on the website.
