We are hosting a Block Printing Upcycling Workshop on Monday 12th February 2024 at 13:00. Kids will have a blast learning the art of block printing and turning old clothes into fabulous new creations!
At this workshop, children will discover the joy of upcycling while exploring their artistic talents. We will guide them through the process of block printing, using vibrant colours and unique designs to transform plain fabrics into personalized masterpieces.
Located at The Dressmaker's Daughter, this event promises a fun-filled afternoon of creativity and imagination. Kids will leave with newfound skills, a sense of accomplishment, and their very own upcycled fashion pieces to show off to friends and family!

This workshop works really well with our sewing workshop on Wednesday 14th Feb, where they can print fabric before making their own unique items.

Our workshops are designed to be a fun and relaxed event whether you are an experienced crafter, block printer or just looking for something different.
All materials required for each workshop will be included in the cost
After an introduction to Indian Block Printing, you will be shown a demonstration before practicing on either fabric or paper (depending on the workshop).
We have a wide selection of blocks and paints to choose from.
Continuous guidance and advice will be given if needed.
Refreshments are also included!
